A typed manuscript and holographic cards of "Fifty Five Years with the Birds of Iowa" and a typed manuscript of "A page of unwritten history of local interest: Black Hawk's story." The Black Hawk manuscript recounts a conversation with Chief Black Hawk (nephew of Black Hawk) describing the lives and wars of Native Americans in Wisconsin and Iowa. This manuscript perhaps can be attributed to Noah Letts, a relative of the Brockway family. Materials in this collection are undated.
